General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Mentora ("Mentora", "we"; the full provider details are set out in the "Company details" section at the end of this document) and the user ("you") of the Mentora educational platform, available at mentora.su.

By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Service description

Mentora is an AI-powered educational platform that provides personalized learning across multiple subjects through dialogue with an AI mentor. The platform is available 24/7 via web browser.

Account registration

  • Full access to the platform requires registration.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One person — one account. Sharing an account with third parties is prohibited.
  • Minimum age for registration is 14.

Plans and payment

  • Free plan: limited access to platform features at no cost.
  • Pro plan: extended access at ₽499/month or ₽2,990/year.
  • Payment is collected in advance for the selected period.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of payment when the service has not been substantially used.
  • Telegram Stars (donations): Mentora accepts voluntary donations via @mentora_su_bot in the form of Telegram Stars. A donation is project support, not a purchase or subscription; no additional features are unlocked. Stars refunds are possible on request within 21 days of payment — send /paysupport to the bot or reply to the thank-you message.

Automatic subscription renewal

When subscribing to Pro or Ultra you can opt in to automatic renewal. By enabling it you consent to storing your payment method with YooKassa and to subsequent charges without further confirmation on your side.

  • The charged amount matches the selected plan: ₽499/month or ₽2,990/year for Pro; ₽799/month or ₽5,990/year for Ultra. The amount does not change without your consent — we will give at least 14 days' notice of any price change.
  • Charge frequency: once per selected period (monthly or yearly). The charge happens on the day the current paid period ends, or within 24 hours before it.
  • Auto-renewal becomes available starting at level 2 (100 mentor points). This lets you evaluate the product before recurring charges begin.
  • Your payment method is stored in encrypted form by YooKassa. Mentora only stores the token identifier and the last 4 digits of the card for display in your account.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account on the /pricing page (the "Auto-renew" toggle) or by emailing hello@mentora.su. After disabling, the current paid period stays active until its end; no further charges occur.
  • If a charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card, declined by the bank), we retry after 24 and 48 hours. After three failed attempts auto-renewal is disabled and the account is moved to Free at the end of the paid period.
  • Every charge is confirmed by an electronic receipt (54-FZ) sent to the email on your profile.

Payment service — YuMoney NBCO LLC, Bank of Russia licence №3510-K. All transactions are protected by 3-D Secure.

Acceptable use

When using the platform you may not:

  • Use the platform to create malicious, illegal, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to bypass platform limits or gain unauthorised access to systems.
  • Use automated tools for mass requests (bots, scripts).
  • Resell platform access or share your account with third parties.
  • Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Content and intellectual property

All platform content (text, logos, interface, educational materials) is the intellectual property of Mentora and is protected by Russian Federation copyright law.

The content you create in dialogues with the AI mentor belongs to you. You grant Mentora a non-exclusive licence to use this content to improve the service.

Limitation of liability

The AI mentor provides educational information for learning purposes. AI responses may contain inaccuracies — always verify important information against official sources. Mentora is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information provided by the AI mentor.

The platform is provided "as is". We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. If we delete a paid account on our own initiative without a violation on your side, we refund the remaining portion of the paid period.

You can delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting hello@mentora.su.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through pre-trial negotiation; if not possible, in the court at Mentora's place of registration.
